Our Services
Why Neurodivergent Families Need Different Travel Services
Traditional travel services rarely consider the unique sensory, routine, and support needs of neurodivergent individuals. At JourneyEase, we recognise that true luxury means personalisation, privacy, and environments designed with sensory awareness at their core.

What We Offer
Advisory, Not Agency
We are not a travel agency. We do not hold inventory, take supplier commissions, or present curated options designed to maximise bookings. Our role is advisory—listening carefully, understanding deeply, and offering considered recommendations aligned with your
family’s needs.
This model allows us to remain genuinely independent. When we suggest a property, route, or approach, it is because we believe it serves your family well—not because it serves us.
Service Elements
How We Support Families
Family Profile Development
For families we work with on an ongoing basis, we develop a detailed profile documenting sensory needs, communication styles, preferences, triggers, and past travel experiences. This becomes the foundation for all future advisory.
Sensory-Aware Itinerary Planning
We consider pacing, transitions, sensory environments, and recovery time. Itineraries are designed to be manageable—with flexibility built in rather than optimised for maximum activity.
Visual Preparation Materials
Before travel, we provide tailored visual guides, social stories, and step-by-step overviews to help family members prepare for what lies ahead—reducing anxiety and building confidence.
Sensory-Aware Itinerary Planning
We consider pacing, transitions, sensory environments, and recovery time. Itineraries are designed to be manageable—with flexibility built in rather than optimised for maximum activity.
Pre-Arrival Briefings
We communicate discreetly with key personnel at your destinations—hotel general managers, restaurant staff, experience providers—so they understand your family’s needs without requiring you to explain repeatedly.
Private Concierge
A dedicated private concierge can accompany your family every step of the way—managing logistics, anticipating needs, and providing calm, informed support throughout your journey. If you don’t already have one, we can source and hire a trusted concierge on your behalf.
Quiet Ongoing Support
During travel, we remain available—not intrusively, but reliably. If something needs adjusting, we are here to help resolve it calmly and without fuss.
Access & Coordination
Private transfers, airport assistance, sold-out event access, family retreat reservations, and seamless coordination between destinations—handled discreetly on your behalf.
Working Together
Engagement Approach
We do not publish fixed pricing or tiered packages. Each engagement is structured around the scope of support required—whether that is a single consultation, planning support for a specific journey, or an ongoing advisory relationship.
We are happy to discuss your circumstances in confidence before any commitment. Initial conversations carry no obligation.
Corporate Programmes
Building Neuro-Inclusive Hospitality
We partner with hotels, airlines, and hospitality brands to create genuinely inclusive environments through staff training, accessibility audits, and strategic consulting.
Staff Training
Neurodiversity Awareness & Confidence
Our bespoke training programmes equip frontline and management staff with a genuine understanding of neurodivergent guest needs. We go beyond awareness by building practical confidence in recognising, responding to, and anticipating the needs of guests with autism, ADHD, sensory processing differences, and other neurodivergent profiles.
Programmes are tailored to each organisation’s context: from luxury hotel front desk teams and concierge staff to airline cabin crew and ground handling teams. Training is delivered with sensitivity and professionalism, avoiding clinical language in favour of human understanding.
Hotels & Resorts
Reception, housekeeping, F&B, spa, and guest relations teams—trained to welcome neurodivergent guests with warmth and understanding.
Airlines & Aviation
Cabin crew, gate agents, and ground staff—equipped to support passengers through boarding, flight, and arrival with calm, informed assistance.
Accessibility Audits
Seeing Through a Neurodivergent Lens
Our audits go beyond physical accessibility. We evaluate properties and services through a neurodivergent perspective—assessing sensory environments, communication practices, signage clarity, transition spaces, quiet areas, lighting, acoustics, and the overall guest journey from arrival to departure.
Each audit produces a detailed, actionable report with practical recommendations ranked by impact and implementation difficulty. We work alongside your teams to prioritise changes that make the most meaningful difference to neurodivergent guests and their families.
Strategic Consulting
Inclusion as a Competitive Advantage
Neurodivergent individuals and their families represent a significant and underserved segment of the luxury travel market. We advise hospitality brands on how to position themselves authentically as neuro-inclusive—not through tokenistic gestures, but through genuine operational and cultural change.
Our consulting engagements cover policy development, guest communication frameworks, recruitment practices for neurodivergent-aware staff, and the creation of internal champions who sustain inclusive practices beyond the initial engagement.
Specialist Staffing
Hiring the Right People
We assist organisations in sourcing and vetting neurodivergent-aware concierge staff, guest relations professionals, and specialist support personnel. Whether you need a permanent hire or temporary placement for a specific season or event, we help identify individuals who combine hospitality excellence with genuine neurodivergent understanding.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is "neurodivergent-aware" travel planning?
It means we design travel experiences that understand and support sensory, social, and emotional needs. We don’t just plan the logistics — we adapt environments, prep tools, and coordinate with providers to ensure travel is actually comfortable and enjoyable.
Do you travel with us?
No, we’re not travel companions. But we act as your behind-the-scenes concierge — guiding you from planning to preparation, and available during your trip if support is needed.
Can you coordinate with my child's therapist, educator, or support worker?
Absolutely. With your permission, we’re happy to collaborate with any professionals who help your child feel safe and regulated, so we can align the travel plan accordingly.
What types of families do you work with?
We work with high-net-worth families whose children (or teens/adults) are autistic, ADHD, PDA, anxious, sensory-avoidant, or otherwise neurodivergent. We welcome blended families, same-gender parents, and caregivers of all types.
Do you only work with UK residents?
No — while we’re proudly based in London, we work with clients from all over the world. We’re especially experienced in building travel plans from or within the Middle East, Europe, and Southeast Asia.
What destinations do you recommend?
We work globally, but we prioritize destinations with natural beauty, privacy, and flexibility — from remote villas in Oman to sensory-friendly resorts in the Maldives or Japan. We’ll recommend destinations based on your specific profile.
Is this a travel agency or something else?
We’re a luxury travel consultation service. That means we design and manage bespoke trips with concierge detail — including preparation, provider briefings, sensory audits, and visual supports — but we are not a tour operator.
What happens during the initial consultation?
We meet (virtually or in person) to understand your family’s needs, preferences, sensitivities, and travel goals. From there, we create a fully personalized proposal and journey plan.
