- Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced

5. Cancellations
If you cancel after work has begun, no refund will be due.
If JourneyEase is unable to deliver an agreed service, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.

JourneyEase may recommend or liaise with third-party providers (e.g. hotels, guides, transport services).
We are not responsible for:
- Their performance
- Their availability
- Any losses, damages, or disputes arising from their services
Contracts with third parties are between you and the provider.
7. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:

- Respond promptly when required
- Ensure travel documents, visas, insurance, and health requirements are in place
JourneyEase is not liable for issues caused by incomplete or inaccurate information.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JourneyEase is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Delays or disruptions beyond our control
- Acts or omissions of third parties
Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the relevant service.
