Yousif Nur
Yousif Nur is the co-founder of JourneyEase and an experienced travel journalist whose work has appeared in The Guardian, The Observer, and The Telegraph. Drawing on first-hand experience of navigating sensory challenges within the travel industry, Yousif founded JourneyEase to address a significant gap in how travel is designed and delivered for neurodivergent individuals and families.
Today, he works at the intersection of travel, accessibility, and strategic advisory, collaborating with destinations, institutions, and travel brands to help create thoughtful, inclusive experiences that respect complexity, dignity, and wellbeing.
Stephanie Camilleri
Stephanie Camilleri is Co-Founder of JourneyEase and one of the UK’s leading ADHD coaches. She is the founder of Empower ADHD, and a sought-after keynote speaker, trainer, and consultant working with schools, organisations, and businesses to embed meaningful ADHD awareness and inclusion.
Through JourneyEase, Stephanie brings her deep expertise in neurodivergence into the travel and tourism sectors to design experiences that are empowering, psychologically informed, and genuinely inclusive for neurodivergent travellers and their families.
Timothy Morgan-Evans
Engagements and Partnerships
Timothy brings extensive international experience across Latin America, Africa, and Asia, with a strong emphasis on volunteering and community-led initiatives. He has contributed to a range of environmentally focused and socially responsible projects, working closely with local organisations to support sustainable development efforts.
He spent over a year living in Brazil, where he was deeply involved in volunteer-led initiatives and developed a strong understanding of the country’s cultural and social landscape. He has also undertaken volunteer work in Colombia and across multiple regions in principally in Africa but also Asia. Alongside this work, Timothy gained professional experience as an English language teacher, further strengthening his cross-cultural communication skills.
His breadth of hands-on volunteer experience, combined with his global perspective and professional approach, positions him as a strong asset to JourneyEase, offering clients informed, ethical, and culturally sensitive guidance.
Andree Kenny
Through her work with JourneyEase, Andrée Kenny supports travel organisations to create more inclusive and accessible experiences. Kenny brings over 20 years of experience in commercial and private aviation, having worked across culturally diverse international airlines. She bridges frontline travel operations with neurodiversity awareness to ensure services are practical, compassionate and genuinely effective.
Her background includes private aviation and bespoke passenger support, giving her a strong understanding of real-world travel environments and passenger needs. Andrée specialises in ADHD and dyslexia, informed by both lived experience and professional training. She is an ADHD & Dyslexia Coach (en route to ICF accreditation).
